Return Policy
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY.
Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business
days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned
or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is
returned for inspection must be properly packaged, We will
not be responsible for any further damages due to improper
return packaging. Please call 785-286-1723 for Return
Authorization. Shipping charges incurred by customer for
returns will be credited upon inspection and approval of the
return. We will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground
service only. Please place your gift and candle orders at
least 3 weeks prior to your event date. This will help to
alleviate rush-shipping charges.

Operation:
Our home office is open
for business and new phone/fax orders Monday - Friday,
7:30am to 4:00pm PST. If our office is closed, you can
leave a recorded message for immediate handling on the next
working day. Please leave your company name, your
name, phone number and reason for call on all messages.
Fax orders/inquiries can be sent to 785-286-1723 any time.

of Information:
We value your privacy
just as we value our own. We will never sell or
provide your private information to any other entity, except
as necessary in the process of fulfilling your order with
us.
